Terms & Conditions

Redditch Print is a trading division of New Moon FM Ltd (forthwith referred to as “New Moon”) and as such, all orders will be subject to the trading terms of New Moon detailed below.

1. Payments Terms

1.2 Payment is required in full before any work is commenced. Redditch Print are able to take payment over the phone using Sage. This is secure and your credit card details will only be used for this transaction and will by no means be stored for future use.

2. Price

2.1 The Price quoted on the website excludes VAT. VAT will be charged at the online payment stage and will be at the standard rate at time of order.

2.2 Our quotations for commissioned design or artwork will lapse after 30 days (unless otherwise stated).

2.3 All quotations include an initial PDF proof, hard copy proofs and subsequent proofs after. Any corrections may be subject to additional charge. All work must be approved by the customer upon completion. Redditch Print will accept no claims for any errors in proofs, which are passed for production by the customer.

2.4 Orders are accepted subject to our right to adjust prices quoted to take account of any changes in the law or Government regulations requiring us to increase prices by way of direct taxation, import duties, customs and excise duties or otherwise. The prices are based on today’s current costs of production and in the event of any increase in wages or costs of materials to us occurring after the confirmation of accepted contract, we shall be entitled to charge such increase to you.

2.5 The price quoted is subject to a standard delivery charge of £10.00. This will be added to the total at the payment stage.

2.6 Rates of tax and duties on the goods will be those applying at the time of delivery.

2.7 Payments are taken via the telephone. Debit Card Payments incur no charge; Credit Cards will incur a 3% charge

3. Specifications

3.1 If we produce the goods to your specifications, you must ensure that;

3.1.3 Any material or image forming part of your specifications is of high quality and resolution. As industry standard we request images at 300dpi (dots per inch).

3.1.4 Goods produced in accordance with your specifications will be fit for the purpose for which you intend to use them; ie your specifications will not result in the infringement of any rights of a third party or the commission of a criminal offence.

4. Reproduction

4.1 There may be variations in the shade of reproductions of colour images for which we are not liable. If you wish to avoid variations you should request a proof (which may be chargeable) or supply us with material so we can attempt to match.

5. Product

5.1 We reserve the right to alter any details of products advertised without notice and while every effort is made to describe goods accurately in the advertisements no warranty is given as to accuracy and no responsibility will be accepted for error or misdescription and any resulting loss.

6. Delivery and Risk

6.1 Every effort will be made to deliver on time, but any delivery day specified is a best estimate and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of the goods.

6.1.2 All deliveries will be charged at the prevailing rates applying at the date of such delivery.

6.2 Special or rush deliveries can usually be arranged but will be subject to additional charges which may vary. We hold the right to amend these additional charges to each specific request and circumstances.

6.3 If you accept delivery of the goods after the estimated delivery time, it will be on the basis that you have no claim against us for delay (including indirect or consequential loss or increase in the price of the goods.

6.4 The goods supplied by Redditch Print are at your risk from the time of delivery.

6.5 Delivery takes place either;

6.5.1 at our premises (if you are collecting items or arranging carriage)

6.5.2 or at your designated place of delivery.

6.6 You must inspect the goods on delivery. If any goods are damaged or defective in material or workmanship (or not delivered) you must write or tell us within 7 working days of delivery (or the expected delivery time). You must give us (and any carrier) a fair chance to inspect the damaged goods.

7. Quantity changes to orders

7.1 Any changes in quantity ordered must be emailed to us prior to commencement of processing. Any increase in the order must be regarded as a separate contract unless written notification is received before work commences on the original order.

8. Warranties

8.1 We warrant that the goods; comply with their description on our acknowledgement to the order form; and are free from material defect at the time of delivery.

8.2 We give no other warranty (and exclude any warranty term or condition that would otherwise be implied) as to the quality of the goods or their fitness for any purpose.

8.3 We are not liable for any other loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss, financial loss, loss of profits or loss of use) arising from the contract or the supply of goods or their use, even if we are negligent.

9. Cancellation

9.1 If you wish to suspend or cancel the order, you must notify us immediately.

9.2 You may not cancel the order unless we have agreed the cancellation in writing.

9.3 If the order is cancelled (for any reason) you are then to pay us for all stock (finished or unfinished) to which we have committed to for the order.

10. Complaints

10.1 Complaints must be made within 72 hours of receiving your goods. Any complaints made after this time period are void of any right to refund or print.

11. Force Majeure

11.1 If we are unable to perform our obligations to you (or able to perform them only at unreasonable cost) because of circumstances beyond our control, we may cancel or suspend any of our obligations to you, without liability.

11.2 Examples of those circumstances include act of God, accident, explosion, fire, flood, transport delays, strikes and other industrial disputes and difficulty in obtaining supplies.

The following details highlight how we will use customer information and by agreeing to our terms, the customer is bound by the policy in respect of the information gathered and used from this website.

1.Collection, processing and use of personal information

We will only store non-personal access information, such as the name of your Internet service provider, the page from which you are visiting, or the name of the requested file. We will also store your IP address for the purpose of carrying out a customer order. Once the order process is cancelled or the ordered product is delivered and paid, the IP address saved for this purpose will be deleted immediately.

Personal information is only collected if you voluntarily provide this information as part of your order, when opening a new account or registering for our promotional offers. We will use the information you supply without separate consent only to complete and process your order. When you register, with your consent your name and e-mail address will be used for our own advertising purposes and by no means given to any third parties. You can unsubscribe from this facility at any time by contacted us and we will remove your details from the database.

2. Forwarding personal information

Your information will be passed on to the couriers or commissioned with the delivery of your product, to the extent required for the shipment of the products; also, your payment information will be forwarded to the bank commissioned with the payment with respect to payment settlement. Information will not be forwarded to any other third parties.

3. Data Security

We secure our website and other systems against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution by unauthorised persons through technical and organisational measures. A customer account may only be accessed by entering the personal password of the customer. You should always keep your access information confidential, and close the browser window once communication with us has ended, especially if you are using a shared computer.

4. Consent for e-mail advertising

You may consent to receiving interesting offers by regular e-mail. Your e-mail address will not be forwarded to any other companies or third parties. If you wish to unsubscribe please email “Unsubscribe” to and your details will be removed immediately.
